Byaera sells everyday fashion and imitation jewelry, including bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces. Unless a product is expressly described otherwise, our items are fashion jewelry and are not made of precious metals or precious stones. Because many pieces are handcrafted or made in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish, plating tone, size, and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Product photographs are for illustration; actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Jewelry materials can cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. It is your responsibility to check product material descriptions before purchasing if you have known sensitivities. We are not liable for any skin reaction, allergy, or discomfort arising from the use of our products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the rare event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card or banking details.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or stock unavailability. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
